Interchangeability and standardization. Instructions for performance of calculation-graphic paper

Abstract

Basic definitions of Unified System of Tolerances and Fits are submitted. Formulas for calculations of slick joints of shaft and hole, gauges dimensions, analysis of joints with Gauss law are derived. Examples for performance of tasks of Calculation- Graphic Paper are submitted, as well as fragments of Standards and recommendations for calculations and designations of parameters in drawings of parts. These instructions are for students of mechanical engineering specialties studying discipline «Interchangeability and Standardisation».

Наведено основні визначення єдиної системи допусків і посадок. Викладено формули для розрахунків гладких з’єднань валу і отвору, розмірів калібрів, аналізу з’єднань на основі закону Гаусса. Подано приклади виконання завдань розрахунково-графічної роботи, а також фрагменти стандартів і рекомендації щодо проведення розрахунків і позначень параметрів на ескізах деталей. Для студентів механічних спеціальностей, які вивчають дисципліну «Взаємозамінність і стандартизація».
