Нетехнічна спеціальність у технічному університеті: документаційне забезпечення випускової кафедри зі спеціальності 029 «Інформаційна, бібліотечна та архівна справа»

Abstract

У кризових умовах сьогодення актуалізується проблема документаційного супроводу діяльності кафедри, спрямованої на підготовку кадрів для інформаційно-бібліотечної та архівної галузей. Мета статті – висвітлити особливості сучасного документаційного забезпечення випускової кафедри зі спеціальності 029 в університеті технічного профілю. Методологічним підґрунтям дослідження є принципи і теорії документознавства та комплекс наукових методів, зокрема аналізу, систематизації, узагальнення. Науковою новизною є висвітлення документаційного забезпечення випускової кафедри за напрямами її діяльності з урахуванням нових тенденцій соціального розвитку та сучасних змін, а також особливостей функціонування в межах технічного університету. Висновки. Документаційне забезпечення кафедри сучасного університету включає різноманітні матеріали. Основними з них є: нормативно-правові документи; організаційно-розпорядчі акти керівництва університету та факультету; документи, пов’язані з діяльністю кафедри; документація відповідно до номенклатури справ університету. Систематизовано документи навчальної, методичної, наукової, організаційно-управлінської, профорієнтаційної, виховної та міжнародної роботи кафедри. Закцентовано на особливостях освітньої програми зі спеціальності 029 у технічному університеті, зумовлені системою цінностей, знань та специфікою університету. Виокремлено документацію, пов’язану з фіксацією інтелектуальних прав діяльності кафедри. Визначено декілька груп документів у межах міжнародної діяльності кафедри: документи міжнародних наукових заходів, вивчення міжнародного досвіду, підготовки фахівців за профілем кафедри, з академічної мобільності, проєктна документація. Підкреслено, що документаційне забезпечення за напрямами діяльності випускової кафедри поглиблює уявлення про важливість документів, забезпечує системність в організації основних завдань та виконанні функцій випускової кафедри, сприяє ефективному обміну інформацією між викладачами і студентами та самоаналізу для своєчасної діагностики й виправлення проблемних питань, що загрожують якості освіти.

In the current crisis conditions, the problem of documentary support for the department's activities aimed at training personnel for the information, library, and archival industries is becoming more relevant. The purpose of the article is to highlight the peculiarities of modern documentary support for the graduating department in the speciality 029 at a technical university. The methodological basis of the study is the principles and theories of document science and a set of scientific methods, including analysis, systematisation, and generalisation. The scientific novelty is the coverage of the documentary support for the graduating department in the areas of its activity, taking into account new trends in social development and modern changes, as well as the peculiarities of functioning within a technical university. Conclusions. Documentation of the department of a modern university includes a variety of materials. The main ones are: regulatory documents; organisational and administrative acts of the university and faculty management; documents related to the activities of the department; documentation in accordance with the nomenclature of university affairs. The documents of educational, methodological, scientific, organisational, managerial, career guidance, educational, and international work of the department are systematised. The article focuses on the peculiarities of the educational programme in the speciality 029 at a technical university, which are determined by the system of values, knowledge, and specifics of the university. The documentation related to the fixation of intellectual rights of the department's activities is highlighted. Several groups of documents have been identified within the international activities of the department: documents of international scientific events, study of international experience, training of specialists in the department's profile, academic mobility, project documentation. It is emphasized that documentation in the areas of activity of the graduating department deepens the understanding of the importance of documents, ensures consistency in the organisation of the main tasks and functions of the graduating department, and promotes effective information exchange between teachers and students and self-analysis for timely diagnosis and correction of problematic issues that threaten the quality of education.
