Багатоетапна обробка та стиснення зображень BPG кодером з прогнозуванням параметрів

Abstract

Дисертаційна робота присвячена удосконаленню та розробці нових ефективних методів стиснення з втратами та надання можливості прогнозувати параметри якості одно- та триканальних зображень різного походження. Об’єктом дослідження є процес cтиснення з втратами та спотворення, які вносить даний тип стиснення. Предметом дослідження є методи прогнозування існування оптимальної робочої точки (ОРТ) та параметрів стисненого зображення в ОРТ та її околах для BPG (better portable graphics) кодера.

The thesis is devoted to the improvement and development of new effective methods of lossy compression and the opportunity to predict the quality parameters of one- and threechannel images of different origin. The object of research is the process of lossy compression and the distortions introduced by this type of compression. The subject of the study is a method for predicting the existence of the optimal operation point (OOP) and the parameters of the compressed image in the OOP and its vicinity for a BPG (better portable graphics) coder.
