У статті виявлено й проаналізовано те істотне значення, якого надавали мислителі у
своїх державно-правових ідеях праву й державним заходам у регулюванні повсякденно-
побутової сфери для належного функціонування держави й політичного режиму.
Установлено, що через державне й правове регулювання повсякденно-побутової сфери
представники влади істотно впливають на збереження державного устрою, соціального
ладу. The article reveals and analyzes the considerable significance that the thinkers gave to their
state and legal ideas about the role of law and political actions in regulating the daily and everyday
sphere for the proper functioning of the state and the political regime. It is established that through
the state and legal regulation of everyday sphere of life state officials significantly affect the
preservation of the state structure and the social world.
