Соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів у контексті енергоефективної моделі економіки країни
Zusammenfassung
У статті узагальнено та визначено основні принципи регіональної політики у сфері енергозбереження. Визначено, що є основним завданням соціальної політики на рівні регіонів у сфері енергетики, окреслено шляхи реалізації енергетичної політики, розкрито вплив та вагомість підвищення енергетичної ефективності для соціально-економічного розвитку регіону. Визначено зв’язок формування енергоефективної моделі розвитку національної економіки у забезпеченні економічної й енергетичної безпеки країни. Доведено, що в умовах сьогодення питання підвищення енергетичної ефективності національної економіки країни шляхом розвитку інституціональних основ енергозбереження, вдосконалення законодавчої бази у сфері енергозбереження з урахуванням європейських норм та вимог, формування світоглядного розуміння економічної, енергетичної та соціальної значущості енергозбереження набувають особливої пріоритетності та актуальності. It generalizes and specifies basic principles of the regional policy in the area of energy conservation. It identifies what is
the key objective of the social policy at the regional level in the field of power engineering. In the paper are outlined the ways
to implement the energy policy, and revealed the impact and importance of improving the energy efficiency for the social
and economic development of the region. A link between the formation of the energy efficient development model of the
national economy and the economic and energy security of the country is established. It is demonstrated that in the current
circumstances, it is particularly important to improve the energy efficiency of the country’s national economy by virtue of
the development of the energy conservation institutional framework, the improvement of the legislative basis in the area of
energy conservation in accordance with European standards and requirements, the formation of the worldview understanding
of the economic, energetic, and social significance of the energy conservation.
