Інвестиційна діяльність як передумова підвищення ефективності виробництва
Zusammenfassung
У статті розглянуто особливості інвестиційної діяльності. Подано структуру та
характеристики реальних і фінансових інвестицій, їх вплив на собівартість, асортимент,
якість і конкурентоздатність продукції.
Наведено методику оцінки ефективності інвестицій та сформульовані показники, які
характеризують результати інвестиційної діяльності. В основу оцінки ефективності
покладено порівняння обсягу передбачуваних інвестицій і майбутніх грошових надходжень.
Розглянуто приклад з аналізом динаміки окупності інвестицій, вкладених у два
альтернативних проекти. The structure and characteristics of real and financial investments are described,
their influence on the prime cost, assortment, quality and competitiveness of production
is shown.
The methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of investments is presented
and the indicators that characterize the results of investment activity are proposed. The
basis for assessing the effectiveness is the comparison of the volume of anticipated
investments and future cash receipts.
An example is considered with an analysis of the return on investment dynamics,
invested in two similar projects.
