Form tool designing

Abstract

Graphic and analytic methods of form tool profile determination are covered in this educational aid, as well as estimation of working errors for form tool. Stages of form tool designing are shown. Data on computational and graphic work, laboratory works, term thesis, term and graduation projects are given. It is designed to help the students of «Technology of aircraft engines manufacture» specialty in studying the discipline «Tool provision of aircraft engines manufacture». The book will help to fulfill term projects, bachelor’s & master’s graduation projects.

Розглянуто графічні й аналітичні методи визначення профілю різців, а також розрахунок похибок оброблення фасонними різцями. Показано етапи проектування фасонних різців, наведено дані для виконання розрахунково-графічних завдань, лабораторних робіт, курсових робіт, курсового та дипломного проектів. Для студентів спеціальності «Технологія виробництва авіаційних двигунів» при вивченні курсу «Інструментальне забезпечення виробництва авіаційних двигунів», а також виконанні курсових і дипломних проектів, випускних робіт бакалаврів і магістрів.
