Правове регулювання протидії тероризму у галузі цивільної авіації на міжнародному та національному рівнях

Abstract

В тезах піддано аналізу міжнародно-правові засади забезпечення протидії тероризму у сфері цивільної авіації, актуалізовано проблеми, пов’язані з поглибленням інтеграційних процесів, активізацією суспільно-правових відносин між громадянами різних країн, динамікою глобального конструктивного міжнародно-правового співробітництва. Зазначено що, в міжнародному та національному полі здійснюються заходи безпеки та приділяється особлива увага побудові надійного механізму захисту прав і свобод, законних інтересів громадян, дії яких забезпечуються, передусім, законодавчим закріпленням за державними структурами обов’язків і відповідальності по забезпеченню національних інтересів, підготовка і подання в установленому порядку пропозицій щодо вдосконалення законодавства у сфері боротьби з тероризмом виявлення та припинення терористичної діяльності.

The theses analyzed the international legal principles of countering terrorism in the field of civil aviation, updated the problems related to the deepening of integration processes, the activation of social and legal relations between citizens of different countries, the dynamics of global constructive international legal cooperation. It is noted that, in the international and national field, security measures are implemented and special attention is paid to the construction of a reliable mechanism for the protection of rights and freedoms, legitimate interests of citizens, the actions of which are ensured, first of all, by the legislative establishment of duties and responsibilities under state structures for ensuring national interests, preparation and submission in the established order of proposals for improving legislation in the field of combating terrorism, identifying and stopping terrorist activities.
