Аналіз окремих аспектів державного регулювання в аерокосмічній галузі України

Abstract

Нині актуальним питанням є подальший розвиток аерокосмічної галузі, оскільки вона займає пріоритетне місце в економіці кожної країни. Головним інструментом, що сприятиме розвитку аерокосмічної галузі України та вплине на довгостроковий економічних розвиток України є підтримка з боку держави, зокрема, вдосконалення державного регулювання аерокосмічної галузі. Також важливим фактором забезпечення національної безпеки є космічна галузь, яка відіграє значну роль у вирішенн і низки науково-технічних та соціально-економічних проблем і забезпечує інноваційний розвиток. Визначено основні тенденції, що притаманні розвитку світової космічної галузі, а саме: державно-приватне партнерство, комерціалізація космічної діяльності. Доведено, що головними питаннями подальшого розвитку вітчизняної космічної галузі є формування ефективної державної космічної політики та розбудова структури управління підприємствами.

Currently, the topical issue is the further development of the aerospace industry, as it ranks high in the economy of each country. The main tool that will promote the development of the aerospace industry of Ukraine and have a positive impact on the long-term economic development of Ukraine is the support of the state, in particular, the improvement of state regulation of the aerospace industry. An important factor in ensuring national security is the space industry, which contributes to solving a number of scientific, technical and socio-economic problems, as well as plays a significant role in ensuring innovative development. The main tendencies inherent in the development of the world space industry are identified, namely: public-private partnership, commercialization of space activities. It is proved that the main issues of further development of the domestic space industry are the formation of an effective state space policy and the development of the management structure of enterprises.
