Strength theories. Combined loading

Abstract

The main strength theories are considered. A methodology for strength analysis of structural elements in complex stress states is presented. Particular cases of combined loading are described, such as eccentric tension–compression and oblique bending. Reference tables of data, examples of problem solutions, and recommendations for homework assignments on this topic are included. For students studying the courses Strength of Materials and Mechanics of Materials and Structures in the context of independent work.

Розглянуто основні теорії міцності. Викладено методику розрахунку на міцність елементів конструкцій, що перебувають у складному напруженому стані. Описано окремі випадки складного опору – позацентрове розтягнення-стиснення і косий згин. Наведено таблиці довідкових даних, приклади розв'язання задач і рекомендації до виконання домашнього завдання з цієї теми. Для здобувачів освіти, які вивчають курси «Опір матеріалів» і «Механіка матеріалів і конструкцій» під час самостійної роботи.
