Захист персональних даних працівників на підприємствах, установах та організаціях

Abstract

У статті розглянуто відносини щодо захисту персональних даних працівників на підприємствах. Проаналізовано поняття «персональні дані» та визначено механізм збирання, оброблення та захисту особистої інформації про працівника. Обґрунтовано висновок про необхідність чіткого законодавчого визначення термінів та меж персональної інформації, яку роботодавець має право збирати.

The article deals with the relationship to protect the personal data of employees in the workplace. We analyze the concept of «personal data» and defined the mechanism for collecting, processing and protection of personal information about the employee. The conclusion about the need for a clear legal definition of the terms and limits of the personal information that the employer has the right to collect.
