Статтю присвячено природі прав особи на доступ до інформації. Автор аналізує
національне законодавство й практику Європейського суду з прав людини, у яких визначено
права особи на доступ до інформації. У статті наведено статистику забезпечення права
доступу до інформації, оприлюднену на офіційних інформаційних ресурсах. Автор статті
доходить висновку, що право на доступ до інформації є одним із ключових конституційних
прав людини. The article is devoted to the nature of the rights of individuals to access information. The
author analyzes the national law and practice of the European Court of Human Rights, which
defines the rights of individuals to access information. The article provides statistics on the right to
access information disclosed on official information resources. The author of the article concludes
that the right to access information is one of the key constitutional human rights.
