Вища освіта України в умовах російсько-української війни в українському законодавстві

Abstract

Публікацію присвячено питанням законодавчих змін у вищій освіті України під впливом нинішньої російсько-української війни. Підкреслюється, що ця війна призвела до великих зрушень у житті нашої держави. Зокрема, до переміщення вищих навчальних закладів по території України. Всі зазначені вище зміни не могли не призвести до великих зрушень у системі вищої освіти нашої держави. Насамперед, це розірвання відповідних наукових і навчальних зв’язків із країною-агресором. Також до таких змін слід віднести перебудову роботи українських науковців, викладачів і студентів відповідно до реалій військового часу. Як матеріал, використано аналітичні звіти щодо стану української науки і освіти в умовах воєнного стану, підготовлені українськими науковцями, а також нормативно-правові акти України – закони і підзаконні акти, що регламентують діяльність у вищезгаданій сфері.

The publication is devoted to the issues of legislative changes in higher education in Ukraine under the influence of the current Russian-Ukrainian war. It is emphasized that this war led to major changes in the life of our state. In particular, to the relocation of higher educational institutions across the territory of Ukraine. All the above-mentioned changes could not but lead to major shifts in the higher education system of our country. First of all, this is the severance of relevant scientific and educational ties with the aggressor country. Such changes also include the restructuring of the work of Ukrainian scientists, teachers, and students in accordance with the realities of wartime. As material, analytical reports on the state of Ukrainian science and education under martial law, prepared by Ukrainian scientists, as well as regulatory and legal acts of Ukraine – laws and by-laws, regulating activities in the aforementioned field were used.
