Abstract

Євроатлантична інтеграція є стратегічним курсом України, що вимагає збереження національної самобутності в межах загальноєвропейського простору. У центрі уваги безпекової політики Європейського Союзу – захист критичної інфраструктури як ключової складової стійкості європейської архітектури безпеки. Формування Європейської програми захисту критичної інфраструктури (EPCIP), впровадження директив, рекомендацій та механізмів координації між державами-членами сприяють узгодженій реакції на сучасні загрози. Прийняття Директиви CER і посилення співпраці з НАТО засвідчують послідовну еволюцію політики ЄС. Забезпечення стійкості критичних об’єктів вимагає інтеграції національних зусиль

Euro-Atlantic integration is a strategic course of Ukraine, which requires the preservation of national identity within the European space. The focus of the European Union's security policy is the protection of critical infrastructure as a key component of the resilience of the European security architecture. The formation of the European Programme for Critical Infrastructure Protection (EPCIP), the implementation of directives, recommendations and coordination mechanisms between Member States contribute to a coordinated response to modern threats. The adoption of the CER Directive and enhanced cooperation with NATO demonstrate the consistent evolution of EU policy. Ensuring the resilience of critical facilities requires the integration of national efforts into the Union-wide security system, taking into account the growing challenges of modernity.
