Розвиток публічного управління в країнах Європи

Abstract

Метою дослідження є комплексний аналіз принципів, моделей та успішних практик публічного управління в країнах Європи для визначення їхнього потенціалу щодо адаптації в Україні. Це передбачає вивчення ключових реформ у публічному секторі, впливу директив ЄС, цифровізації, децентралізації та антикорупційних механізмів, а також оцінку успішного досвіду європейських країн, зокрема скандинавських, для вдосконалення системи публічного управління в Україні.

The objective of this research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the principles, models, and successful practices of public administration in European countries, with the aim of determining their potential for adaptation in Ukraine. This entails examining key public sector reforms, the impact of EU directives, digitalization, decentralization, and anti-corruption mechanisms, as well as evaluating the successful experiences of European nations—particularly the Scandinavian countries—to improve the public administration system in Ukraine.
